The Woods have been fishing in the sleepy Gulf coast town of Port St. Joe, Florida since 1860, and we have always been committed to providing the healthiest, freshest shrimp the Gulf can produce. 

Along with that committment comes a fierce dedication to ensuring our shrimp are not touched by harmful chemicals or unnecessary antibiotics. This makes us a bit of an anomaly in today’s shrimping industry, where the use of antibiotics is the norm for our overseas competitors.
